Storage addons

Overview

Every user is provided with 1 GB of storage by default.

If you need more storage, you can upgrade it through your subscription by purchasing one of our available add-ons.

Available Storage Add-Ons

Currently, the following storage upgrade options are available:

  • 5 GB

  • 10 GB

  • 25 GB

How to Upgrade Storage

  1. Click the Billing icon at the top of the page.
  2. Select the option to upgrade your storage.
  3. Choose the storage add-on that fits your needs.
  4. Complete the subscription upgrade process.

Notes

  • The default storage allocation for all users is 1 GB.

  • Additional storage is available only through subscription add-ons.

  • If you need help with billing or storage upgrades, contact support with the relevant account details and screenshots if needed.
