Employees are allowed to carry forward unused leave to the next cycle. However, you need to activate the setting in every type of leave.

Path : Settings > Organization > Leave Types

Click on the Edit button to edit the carry format limit.

Select Yes under Carry Forward drop down list then set the forward limit and forward expiry limit if there is any. Click on the Save button once done.
